Parce qu’il existe toutes ces pensées qui nous semblent trop intimes pour être dévoilées. Que l’on préfère taire, souvent aux gens qu’on aime. Que l’on préfère enfouir au plus profond de nous, quitte à ce qu’elles finissent par nous noircir. Et pourtant, il suffit parfois d’une rencontre.
Une rencontre hasardeuse, entre deux personnes. Pourquoi par sur un banc, dans un parc. Un endroit ou un autre, où peut arriver ce moment rare où l’on accorde sa confiance, où l’on se dévoile à l’autre librement. Il est tellement plus simple d’avouer l’inavouable à quelqu’un que nous ne connaissons pas, pensant peut-être que nous ne nous reverrons plus.
Et de ces confidences, nait un échange. Celui d’une chanteuse et d’un producteur, à l’abri – iels l’espèrent- des regards indiscrets. By feeding on their states of mind, the passionate duo evolves and draws, in parallel to a blossoming human relationship, the outlines of a musical project. A sort of Yin and Yang between nu-soul and alternative R&B, where passion, pain, pleasure and anguish are illustrated with sincerity.
